We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities were great. We were pleased to find free washing machines available, making our stay even more convenient. The location was great, with the Higashi-Ojima metro station just a 5-minute walk away. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience for us.
Nothing, all excellent.

Rooms were nice, fee was low. Everything went smoothly.
Nothing went wrong but the times that women could use the communal bath were inconvenient.

Had a great time during my Easter break. the hotel had a clean room and a comfortable bed. the kitchenette was handy with a kettle, tea cups, and glasses. the onsen with 4 pools was really soothing. Key location facts include the fact that the Higashiojima station on the Shinjuku line was only a short walk away. the supermarket was conveniently located nearby and was open from 10am-11pm, which was really helpful. Best aspects: Loved the department store area on the 2nd floor, it had a good range of stuff.
The hotel staff didn't clean our room until we had stayed for a week which was inconvenient. the garbage had to be taken to the recycling point ourselves.

I like the onsen very much. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is near to a big park which is close to nature and very relaxation for a morning walk.
The hotel staff can further improve by learning English to make communication easier. Nevertheless, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Value for the money spent. Good sized room for Tokyo and staff are good people. Stove and fridge included. Clean room. Tip: Ogima-Hagashi is the station you want, approx 30 min from Shinjuku and under $3.00 a ride (cheap). Don't go to the hotel without finding out how to get there first! It's behind McDonalds and in front of a square field. Use google street view. Skip getting a JR pass if you're only going to be in Tokyo as it's a big waste of money.
Room gets cold in the winter. I found no heating, just air conditioning. Old window unit allows cold air to seep in. If you go here during the winter months you should bring thick clothing.

It is located conveniently to a supermarket which sells very good food. Half price for the food after 9pm. The hotel is located only 5 minutes from the subway station.
Everything is good during my two weeks stay there. I booked another two days for my friend visiting Tokyo.

the location was convenient, with a metro station just a 5-minute walk away. the room was clean, and the ensuite bathroom had a nice deep tub. there was a kitchenette with a small fridge and facilities for making tea.
The hotel did not provide daily room cleaning unless you stayed for more than 7 days.

Very quiet, comfortable like the first time I stayed. Had an issue with my room internet and got a call from a internet service center who spoke perfect english helping me get it up and going. When I had to go out she followed up the issue for me to her technician and when I got back it was up and running. I'm very thankful to that lady.
The price went up, 4000円->4600円 per night in the span of 2 weeks. I stayed a minimum of 10 days both times as well. My bed had 2 insects in it, I didn't realized till I was remaking my own bed. Who knows how long I've slept with them. But I would still stay again, I'll have to check my bed first.

It was about 6minute walk to the station with easy access to Akiba in about 13minutes. There are quite a few useful shops surrounding the hotel, supermarket, restaurants, medicine shops, 7-11. The hotel is more of an apartment complex, very comfortable and most importantly quiet. I am going back to Tokyo again this month and will definitely book with them again.
The staff do speak quite limited English but they do try and understand you but even so prepare yourself.

The hotel had free washing machines and a cheap restaurant. , the location was quite good since it was only a 5-minute walk to the metro station and there was a supermarket nearby. The room was clean and had a nice bath.
Stayed here for the New Year and ended up with a lot of bug bites after the first night. they didn't clean my room during my stay, and I had to take my own garbage out.

I chose the hotel because of its location near the Arakawa, which I explored by Booked.net, bicycle, and by walking.
My carpet was stained and the room had an unpleasant odor.

The hotel had washing machines that you could use for free. The hotel had it's own restaurant which was cheap and the food was good. The only downside was that you didn't know in advance what they cook for dinner. The Higashi-Ojima metro station was 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
After sleeping the first night in the bed we were full of bugbites. They don't clean your room unless you stay longer than 7 days and you need to take your garbage to the recycling point yourself.
